Sharon earned her BS in Biology and worked as a pharmaceutical microbiologist for 4 years. She then transitioned her career to recruiting and staffing and has spent the past 20 years recruiting for major pharmaceutical companies in the United States. Sharon recruited for permanent positions as a staff Recruiter for Schering Plough Research Institute and contract positions as an agency Recruiter/Branch Manager. At Schering Plough she supported the following groups in all recruitment activities and strategies: Regulatory Affairs, Scientific, Finance, IT and Chemical Development, Biological Development, Technical Services departments. At the agency level she initially started as a scientific Recruiter and was promoted to Branch Manager of an office that generated $40 million annually supporting clinical and scientific recruiting for J&J, Wyeth, Merck and GSK. At Alpha Scientific Inc. Sharon acts in the capacity of VP of operations and recruitment. She recruits for permanent and executive positions, handles human resource activities, benefits administration and is responsible for all business operations.
Priscilla graduated from Georgia College and State University with a BS in Biology and a minor in Health. She has over 15 years of Scientific and Professional Recruitment experience. I successfully source, identify, screen, interview, hire, and place professionals in all areas of the scientific and professional arenas, from entry-level through Ph.D. professionals. Clients include biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, specialty chemical, polymer/plastic, petrochemical, food/beverage, consumer products, environmental, fragrance, and service laboratory companies.
Mike has a BS Degree in Environmental Science and 5 years experience at an Environmental Chemistry Lab performing organic chemistry and GC analysis on soils, waters and tissues for environmental contaminants. This included 3 years as a supervisor. Mike has been in the Scientific Recruiting/Executive Search industry for 20 years and has recruited hundreds of scientists for companies, universities, and government facilities nationwide. Much of Mike’s career has been spent in business development where he works with clients to develop strategic workforce solutions for their business model.
